An Evening of Champions

World Champion Bagpipers Alasdair Gillies and Matt MacIssac will be performing a recital for the first time ever in Winnipeg, MB. Event is being put on by the Winnipeg Police Pipe Band.
Since 1920 the Winnipeg Police Pipe Band has electrified and stirred both national and international audiences with their masterful play and colourfully gallant appearance.
Attired in their traditional Royal Stewart Tartan, they have performed in cities across North America and at such notable occasions as the Grey Cup, the Rose Bowl Parade, the World Curling Championships and a number of royal and foreign dignitary visits including two by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
As we approach our 90th year, the Winnipeg Police Pipe Band is grateful to those audiences who have shown us their support. It is your encouragement that allows us to continue this proud Legacy
