Fernando Varela’s strong tenor voice, good looks and charm are winning over audiences around the world. His global performances span 24 countries and counting, in which he has won critical acclaim.
Puerto Rico’s leading newspaper calls Fernando Varela “a Puerto Rico Pavarotti”. In 2006 Fernando was invited to coach with Maestro Giancarlo Chiaramello, conductor of the late Luciano Pavarotti in Monte Carlo. The Maestro said to Fernando “I have heard very few voices like yours’.
In addition to furthering his recording career, in September 2009, Fernando performed for 50,000 guests live in Haridwar, India, and over 1 billion televised internationally.
From Bocelli to Groban, Fernando performances range from romantic and intimate to celebratory, leaving the audience smiling and breathless.
