Nozuka, 21, and his band are touring his second album You I Wind Land And Sea which hit record
store shelves this past April. His soulful voice and smooth, acoustic folk sound combine to make You
I Wind Land And Sea the perfect album to listen to when you want to lay back and daydream. Songs
such as “Carried You” and “My Heart Is Yours” show off Nozuka’s romanticism and while “Grey” will
get your feet dancing.
Born in New York but raised in Canada, Nozuka broke on to the music scene when he was just 19
with his first studio album Holly. It was his heartbreakingly poetic love song “After Tonight” that
captured the attention of industry and audiences alike. Since then he has toured North America and
overseas and has been a musical guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Good Morning America NOW,
VH1’s You Oughta Know and the mtvU Woodie Awards. Nozuka last crooned Winnipeg crowds
when he opened for Xavier Rudd and Izintaba this past May at the Burton Cummings Theatre.
