The Manito Ahbee Festival and the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards invite participants from around the world to gather in Winnipeg, Manitoba to celebrate music, arts and culture in the heart of Turtle Island. The festival honours the Manito Ahbee sacred site, our elders, ancestors, communities and global nation and welcomes everyone to share their knowledge, gifts and history.

International Competition Powwow
The MTS Centre in downtown Winnipeg will open its doors to one of the largest Competition Pow Wows in North America. Last year, over 500 dancers and 22 Drum Groups competed and showcased traditional dance and music from tiny tots to golden age.
Indigenous Marketplace & Tradeshow
The Indigenous Marketplace and Trade Show will feature products and services provided by businesses from all Nations. Authentic Aboriginal art, crafts, clothing, jewelry, automobiles, etc. as well as services in health, finance, employment and education. In 2008, the Indigenous Marketplace & Trade Show was sold out!
