On the self-titled Jive debut from Three Days Grace, the Toronto-based trio originally from Norwood, Ontario, Canada, has produced a potent hard-edged rock album, filled with melodic choruses and lyrics that explore the darker side of human behavior.
The road was Default's residence for almost two years after the release of their 2001 TVT Records debut, The Fallout. The band's intensive touring schedule (400 gigs plus) and the stunning songcraft of that album saw The Fallout attain platinum status in both Canada and the U.S., with total international sales in the 1.2 million range.
Nearly six years ago, Dreadnaut was formed in Thompson, MB. Since then they have lived and worked together in Winnipeg. Upon arrival they played their very first show at the legendary venue "The Zoo." The boys quickly formed a loyal fan base and by 2004 Dreadnaut released their first E.P. which was voted third best local album in Winnipeg's Uptown Magazine.
